Science Online 2013 Watch Party - Deakin Burwood
Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 9:15 AM - Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 5:30 PM (EST)
ScienceOnline (www.scienceonline.com) is a US non-profit organization that facilitates conversations, community, and collaborations at the intersection of Science and the Web. They do this through online networks, face-to-face events (both global and grassroots), and projects such as ScienceSeeker and The Open Laboratory science writing anthology.
ScienceOnline2013, the seventh annual conference exploring science on the Web, will take place Jan. 30-Feb. 2, 2013. But since not everyone can be in Raleigh, North Carolina during this time, ScienceOnline has organised for 10 of their sessions to be recorded and then put on the internet to be played at Watch Parties around the world.
Deakin University is proud to host two Watch Parties at their Burwood and Geelong campuses on February 5th and 6th, 2013.
Deakin Burwood Location: M2.01, Deakin University, 221 Burwood Highway, Burwood
